Underwhelming Stay. Issues with Cleanliness and Service
hair on bed stained bath towel
The location was central, so getting around was straightforward.
The room I received was not clean. I saw hair on the bed and in the bathroom. There were also stains on a bath towel. The temperature in the room was too warm and difficult to regulate.

stuck thermostat annoying noise
the location was acceptable, close to the city center.
The room's thermostat was stuck at 22 degrees. i had to keep the window open in january. the noise from the street was annoying. The windows did nothing to block the sound.

balanced stay
helpful staff welcome drink easy access small room noisy air conditioning limited variety
the staff was quite helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i received a welcome drink upon arrival this was a nice touch. the location allowed easy access to many historical sites a great benefit for exploring the city.
the room i stayed in was smaller than i expected given the hotel's description. the air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise at night. breakfast was somewhat limited lacking variety compared to other hotels i have visited.

quick check-in complimentary mini-bar spare pillows rainfall shower
The check-in process was quick. i especially appreciated the complimentary mini-bar. It had water and sodas. my room had spare pillows and an extra blanket. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower, so that was really great!!!
the bar service could be a little faster, especially during busy times.

the breakfast included mini sausages and yoghurt in jars. the restaurant closes early, at 10 pm. dessert and coffee are unavailable after this time, i wish it was open later.

the hotel location is very convenient. many sights are within walking distance from the hotel. i found that parking was easily arranged with hotel staff, so that was a major plus.
